Our commitment

Our Town Our Skills is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards. We want everyone in our community to be able to use the service, regardless of age, ability, or digital confidence.

What we do

  • Design for keyboard navigation and screen readers.
  • Use clear, plain language throughout the interface.
  • Ensure colour contrast meets accessibility standards.
  • Provide descriptive error messages and form validation.
  • Use touch targets of at least 44px for mobile use.
  • Support responsive design from mobile to desktop.
